Scientific Program Abstract or Case Study Submission Form

Submission requirements have been updated.  Submissions with the highest scores qualify for podium presentation.   Abstracts and Case Studies will be graded by members of the NRBC Program Committee.  Authors will be notified electronically.

Submission Requirements are listed below.  Failure to comply may result in disqualification:

  1. Deadline: 12:00 am EDT, July 15, 2024
  2. Abstracts/Case Study should be submitted electronically to the Northeast Region Burn Conference website – https://www.northeastregionburnconference.org
  3. Abstract/Case Study submissions are strictly limited to 2,500 characters.  This includes the combined length of the abstract body/Case Study and title.  Characters include letters, numbers and punctuation.  Due to site limitations, Tables and Special Characters may not be used however, if accepted, can be featured in a poster or podium presentations.​

For institution affiliations, include a numerical list of institutions and post after author’s name

IE: John Smith1. 2.  Mary Jones1

  1. ABC Burn Center
  2. DEF University

Note: Case Study presentations should not be confused with Challenging Cases.  Challenging Cases is multi-disciplinary in format, and includes a panel discussion of issues and challenges faced by members of the burn team.  For more information, or to submit a Challenging Case for consideration, contact Cassandra O’Rourke at [email protected].
