ABLS Instructor Course
The ABLS Instructor course is open to any ABA member who has been employed at a burn center for at least 3 years and completed the ABLS Provider Course at least 1 year prior to the date of the ABLS Instructor Course (to take this course, the ABLS Provider Course must have been completed prior to September 13, 2022).
After an interactive didactic session, participants will present a portion of one of the ABLS Course chapters. Chapters will be assigned 2 weeks prior to the course to allow the participant time to prepare their lecture. Participants will also work in small groups facilitating Case Study discussions and practicing Patient Scenario teaching. The ABLS Instructor Course is a 4-hour course.
